Check-in and check-out
Guests may check-in after 4 pm and are required to check out before 10 am local time.
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available, at no extra charge. Please let us know your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cleaning services
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. Should you require a midweek or mid-stay clean, we can arrange one for a small extra fee.
Package deliveries
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home. Many different people have access to the home, including vendors, housekeeping, guest service staff, etc. We are not responsible for packages once delivered.
Pet Policy
No pets are allowed in this home. Any signs of an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fine.
Additional policies & rules
– No outdoor music is permitted. Please close the doors if you are playing music in the house. It is recommended to bring your own Bluetooth speakers for added convenience.
– Strict quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 10 am.
– No smoking allowed inside the villa.
– The lead tenant must be 25 years and above.
– Guests are required to sign the “Terms and Conditions” form and provide their ID before arrival.
